Bishop Ernest W. Jones and his wife Cynthia Marie Jones are the founders and Senior Pastors of True Vine Ministries World Outreach Fellowship in Fayetteville, North Carolina. True Vine Ministries church began with six members, including children and has since grown to 1500 members strong. Bishop Jones is overseer of the World Outreach Fellowship, which includes ministries throughout the United States and Africa.

Bishop Jones has earned a Masters of Divinity from the Family Bible Seminary in Baltimore, Maryland. He also possesses a Bachelors degree in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Additionally, he was selected as an honored member of the Heritage Registry of Who's Who for 2005 - 2006. Bishop Jones is the Dean of the Family Bible College of Fayetteville.

Bishop Jones and his wife Cynthia have one child, Jessica. They currently travel throughout the world ministering the Gospel to the Body of Christ. They can also be seen ministering the word of God throughout central and southeastern North Carolina on the "Your Day of Liberty" Television Broadcast.

Pastor Cynthia is an ordained Elder and serves the body of Christ through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has obtained an Associate Degrees in Early Childhood Development and General Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Birth to Kindergarten Education. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies from the Family Bible Institute and Seminary of Baltimore Maryland.

Of the many hats that Pastor CJ wears, she holds fondly the role of mother to their daughter Jessica. Although her desire has always led her to work in nursery and children's' ministries, Pastor CJ is grateful to the Lord for her continued growth to become all that He intends for her to be. Pastor CJ's famous quote is "I owe God Praise". Her purpose is to give God what He wants!
