Fellowship is one of the most neglected doctrines of the church today. The teaching from across the pulpits of America has really become self-centered, the focus being on only ourselves. This was not, however, the picture that Jesus had in mind for His followers when He prayed for them in John 17. He asked the Father to make them one.

The bible is full of exhortations for us to be unified and to support, pray for and exhort one another. This can only come about if we know one another; if we pursue relationship with one another. True Vine believes that through cell groups, it will help you to build relationships with other believers who can "relate" to you and assist you in this exciting growth walk that we all are involved in. As you plug in to one of these groups, it also further connects you to this body of Christ and fulfills the prayer of Jesus Christ that we do become one.
