The Deacons/Deaconess’ are men and women that have been appointed by the Pastor and First Lady to serve in their respective capacities. These individual serve as free will members of True Vine Ministries. We are responsible for collecting and safeguarding of all offering and tithes. Preparing the sanctuary for Baptismal and communion ceremonies. At the end of each service we are to properly secure all TVM buildings. Assist the prayer warriors and alter workers during worship service. We will be on standby to assist in physically praying for the members during service. This list is not all inclusive, as we are always on call to perform whatever duties need to be completed to ensure that the church functions properly.

Qualifications:
A deacon or deaconess must be well respected and have integrity. They must not be drinkers or dishonest with money. They must be committed and faithful to Christ and must live with a clear conscience.  The wife of a deacon must be respected and must not insult others. The wife must exercise self-control and be faithful in everything they do. The husband of a deaconess must be respected and must not insult others. The husband must exercise self-control and be faithful in everything they do. You must be faithful to your spouse, and manage your children and household well. All Deacons and Deaconess are selected by Senior Leadership!
